Hangtags with Purpose

Hangtags with Purpose

Dry Peaks headband prototypes feature hang tags with a purpose! Set your top 3 personal fitness goals for the coming year and keep them in your pocket. I'll go first. Here are the top 3 fitness goals that I set for Fall 2023:

1. Summit at least 6 more peaks

2. Post at least 6 more hiking or workout videos to social media

3. Achieve a BMI of 12%

Ok, so there you have it for my goals, what are yours? I hope you, our amazing satisfied customers won't just throw away the hang tags but utilize their dual purpose as a goal setting card, which you can keep in your pocket or wallet at all times! It would be really amazing if people could post their progress on social media and tag us with #drypeaks Also, if you want to write a blog post for us about your fitness goals and progress, please contact us, we'd love to hear from you and share your experiences. Thank you! ~Clark 🙌🏻

Just for funsies, below is the blog post that I originally wrote about this and the top 3 goals that I set in December 2022. It's interesting to note that I totally exceeded goal number 1, kind of succeeded at goal number 2, and didn't complete goal number 3. Here the top 3 personal fitness goals that I originally set for 2023:

1. Train for at least 3 trail races. At a minimum, I'd like to train for and compete in at least the 3 Utah Cirque Series races this year at Brighton, Snowbird and Alta. Push Peaks with Dry Peaks! Woot Woot!

2. Intermittant fasting (oops...actually spelled INTERMITTENT). I have noticed amazing changes in my body from diligently trying this for the last 2 months. I have more energy, I sleep better, my insulin resistance is way down, I'm getting more cut / shredded and my stubborn belly is finally doing a disappearing act after trying to magically wish it away for about 40 years now. I love the result so much I don't plan to stop. I normally try to stop eating at 6 PM every day and I don't eat again until 8 AM the next morning. My goal is to keep doing this at least 6 days per week.

3. Record kettlebell workouts and Olympic lifting barbell workouts on video. Maybe I can inspire some people by posting to social media, but mostly these will be for me to review my form and learn from my mistakes.
